Bart
Bart is a stout made, sure footed 15.1 hand draft cross gelding, he wears a size 4 shoe and is built to carry you through the toughest terrain. He is a trail riders dream! Bart has a kind demeanor and a very willing attitude about anything you ask of him. He is extremely quiet and loves just moseying through new country. He has been ridden in town, through parades, and through some rough country. He will cross water, logs, ditches, and bridges. Bart stays gentle and slow through it all. His favorite thing to do is leisurely riding through the trails, but he can step it up when asked. He is very sure footed and takes his time. Bart is also broke to drive, and has been worked single and double. Stands great for harnessing and hitching.
Bart lopes nice circles on the correct leads, has a nice stop and backs with his head down. He is easy to handle day in and day out. We have been riding him English and he would be an amazing fox hunting prospect. He jumps up to 2’9 with lots of room to go higher. He also can be ridden bareback, the kids have jumped on him out in the pasture and rode him all around with just a halter and lead rope.
Bart gets along great with all other horses in the group. He can be turned out 24/7 or stalls well with no vices. He loads in the trailer perfectly and backs right off. He stands tied wherever you put him and doesn’t cause a fuss. Easy to shoe, clip and bathe. Bart is very laid back and easy going. He is great for all ages and levels of riders. He is built to carry the larger rider without being so big that he intimidates younger or novice riders. He is a 100 percent sound and has the conformation to stay that way. For more information about this wonderful gelding please message or call and make an appointment to come out and meet him!

Wanda the wonder Mule!
14 yr old 14.1 Bay molly mule
She might not quite be a super hero or can fly, but our Wanda is probably one of the best mules we have came across! No quirks or silly business and the greatest thing about her is she genuinely like people and wants attention! She is a total sweetheart and will come right up to you in the field, even in large open pastures. She leads great and stands tied quietly. Grooming, handling her feet, clipping, bathing, tacking is all done easily. You can mess with her ears and she doesn’t shy away. She has wore numerous hats and costumes on her head and they don’t phase her.
She rides very quietly, not to forward. Has a nice ground covering walk that is very good for trail riding. Will trot and move into the canter, but is happy to walk along all day. She is an exceptional trail riding mule, and will go where you ask her. She has been in tons of trail rides all across the country. Been to the mule days events, shows, on wagon trains. She is a very seasoned traveler and rides away from home just as good as she does at home. Great at the hitch rail and does have any issues eating or drinking on the road.
Wanda has been ridden by all levels of riders from kids to older adults. She has been great for the beginners and advanced riders just sit back and enjoy the ride. She has been ridden double and bareback. I can confidently recommend her for a person who is new to owning and riding mules. She is going to be fine with timid riders especially ones looking for a safe mule to enjoy the trails on. We have had a blast with this girl and if you come out and meet her, I think you will see why we call her Wanda the Wonder Mule!
